COVID-19 Update

Here’s what we’re up to, in line with the latest government guidance.

From Monday 19th July, here at New Forest Activities we have relaxed some of our COVID-19 restrictions in line with the latest government guidance and the full re-opening of the UK. We have removed the limits on maximum group numbers for our activities, however we appreciate how important it is for you to continue to feel safe during your visit with us as new variants occur, so we will:

  • Continue the increased cleaning of all of our kit
  • Continue to offer antibacterial hand gel to all of our customers
  • We recommend you continue to stay at a safe 1-metre plus distance from others before, after and during your visit with us
  • Although not a requirement, guests are welcome to continue to wear face masks in all of our outdoor spaces. Our instructors and staff will also follow this same policy.
  • We understand that things are still a little uncertain at the moment, which is why if you have to cancel your activity with us due to COVID-19; providing we’re given 7-days notice, you’ll be eligible for a full refund. Any less than this and we can either move you to a different date free of charge, or issue you credit to use at a later date, with no expiry date.

We are of course on hand to help if you need us. For any questions, please do get in touch.

How are we making our activities safer?

The safety and wellbeing of both our customers and staff are of the utmost importance, and we have adjusted our activities to reflect this. Our instructors have been trained to deliver our activities in the safest possible way, whilst still providing you with a truly fun and memorable experience. Although no longer required, our instructors will still keep their distance, as well as thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our kit.
