"Good processes in place for social distancing"
We had a great afternoon kayaking on the Beaulieu River. Staff were really friendly and helpful and there were really good processes in place for social distancing which made us feel safe.
"We had a lovely afternoon"
Our guide looked after us from the get-go and we felt very confident going out with him especially being complete novices. His interesting facts made the experience so much more fun. We really appreciated the lengths you have gone to observe social distancing and it was lovely to have a few hours away from all the madness going on at the moment and just enjoy the river. Thank you.
Lovely staff, great instructions from receipt of confirmation email with clear directions, to basic paddling tips, great welcome and totally thought-through plan to keep everyone safe with again, clear instructions. Time on the river was excellent with a knowledgable guide and interesting history of the river given. Highly recommend, well done all and thank you.
"We had a lovely time"
We had a lovely time for my Mums birthday, the instructors were very pleasant and overall had a fantastic memorable day. Social distancing and cleaning measures were all in place too, could not fault them!
"Nice location, easy going but informative"
We had a lovely day and all safety measures were in place.

Frequently Asked Questions
You’ve probably got some questions. Hopefully, we’ve answered them below.
How can you ensure that the activity will be safe?
We are taking extra precautions when it comes to running our activities during this time and our instructors have been trained to deliver them in the safest possible way. Social distancing will be paramount throughout your session and we are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our kit after every use.
How do you clean your kit?
We’ve ramped up our cleaning regime, with kit being cleaned after each individual use. For water-based activities, kit such as paddles and buoyancy aids are dunked into disinfectant and paddle handles are sprayed with disinfectant spray. For land-based activities, all kit is thoroughly wiped down and sprayed with disinfectant spray after every use.
What happens if I have to cancel due to Coronavirus?
We have outlined in our terms and conditions what should happen if you have to cancel your booking due to COVID-19, which you can see here.
If I become unwell before my visit, what should I do?
We ask that if you or a member of your booking or group shows symptoms of Coronavirus up to 21 days prior to your arrival that you/they absolutely do not attend and instead, you/they should follow government self-isolation guidance. In this instance, please call us and we will issue you credit to use at a later date.
What if people drop out of my group? Can I get some money back?
Please see our terms and conditions to find out more.
Do I have to wear a face mask?
No, you don’t. As our activities take place in the outdoors, face masks are not required to participate.
Will toilets be open?
Yes, and the facilities will be cleaned and monitored regularly for your safety.
What happens if I capsize or need first aid?
We understand that social distancing is paramount, however so is your physical safety. In the unlikely event that you do capsize your boat, instructors will be on hand to show you how to get back into your boat, from a distance. Should an instructor need to make contact with you (such as those struggling to get back into boats, or those that require first aid) they will do so to ensure your absolute safety at all times.
How many people can I book for?
This entirely depends on the type of group. We’ve broken this down below for you:

Schools and Youth Groups
