Planning a hen can feel like a lot â juggling dates, budgets, different ages and energy levels. Our hen parties are perfect for groups who want relaxed, outdoor fun rather than a late-night party venue.
Weâre based in a beautiful New Forest nature reserve near Beaulieu. That means peaceful surroundings, wildlife and big skies â but also that youâll be sharing the space with other groups and families at times. Itâs a friendly, laid-back environment where everyoneâs welcome.
We donât organise food directly, but we can time your activities so you can enjoy a local cafĂ© or pub, or put you in touch with a fantastic local caterer who can take care of everything and deliver to site.
We donât have accommodation on site, but there are campsites, self-catering houses and hotels throughout the New Forest. Weâre happy to point you in the right direction with options that work well alongside your activities.
Tell us your dates, rough numbers and the vibe youâre after and weâll suggest options that make the planning simple.

Hen Party FAQs
The questions hen groups ask most often when planning a visit.
How do we book a hen activity or package?
For groups of 8 or more, use the Plan your adventure enquiry form and weâll send you tailored options. If youâre a smaller group, you can often use our live calendar to book online, or drop us an enquiry and weâll point you in the right direction.
What group sizes can you take?
Most private hen sessions work best for 8â24 people. For larger groups, we can split you into smaller teams and run rotations or combine activities to keep everyone involved.
Are your hen activities full-on or more relaxed?
Our hen parties are designed to be relaxed, outdoor experiences â great for mixed ages and abilities. Thereâs plenty of fun and friendly competition, but weâre not a late-night party venue. If youâre after fresh air, laughs and time together, youâll be in the right place.
Do we need any experience or to be really fit?
No. All activities are suitable for beginners and mixed-ability groups. Our instructors will explain everything, and weâll adjust the session so everyone can join in and feel comfortable â including anyone whoâs feeling a bit nervous or fragile from the night before!
Can pregnant guests take part?
Many of our activities are gentle and low impact, but we always recommend pregnant guests speak to their doctor or midwife first before taking part. In most cases youâre very welcome to come along, join in as much as feels comfortable, or simply relax and watch â most activities can easily be spectated from the sidelines.
What should we wear?
Dress for the weather in comfortable outdoor clothing and closed-toe footwear. For water activities, bring a change of clothes and a towel. We provide buoyancy aids for river sessions.
Do you have parking, toilets and changing areas?
Yes. There is plenty of parking at our main sites, lots of loos, and changing areas at our watersports locations. Full details of where to park and what facilities are available are included in your confirmation email.
Where do the activities take place?
We use several New Forest locations around Beaulieu and the Beaulieu River, all within a protected nature reserve. Youâll sometimes see other groups and families enjoying the area too. Some sessions involve a short drive between sites â full directions and meeting points are included in your confirmation email.
Do you offer food or drink options?
We donât provide catering directly, but many groups combine their activity with a visit to local pubs or cafĂ©s. We can also put you in touch with a trusted local caterer who can look after everything for you, including delivering food to site. Weâll happily adjust your timings so it all fits together smoothly.
Do you have accommodation on site?
We donât have accommodation ourselves, but there are campsites, self-catering houses and hotels all over the New Forest. Weâre happy to point you in the right direction with suggestions that work well alongside your activities.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We run in most weather conditions and tailor the session to suit the day. If high winds, storms or other extreme conditions make it unsafe, weâll contact you to offer alternative options or a new date.
Got dates in mind?
Our hen sessions fill up quickly, especially at weekends. Share your dates and weâll check availability and send you options that fit your group.
