You choose how the day runs. Pick from our full range of outdoor activities... archery, ropes courses, BattleZone laser tag, bushcraft, challenge courses and more. We provide the instructors, the equipment and the space. You bring your people.
It works brilliantly for company family fun days where staff bring partners and kids, or for private celebrations like milestone birthdays, reunions and parties. Activities are suitable for children and adults, so everyone joins in.
We can arrange external catering for you... BBQ is the most popular choice. Or you're welcome to organise your own. You can also bring your own drinks, provided you work within our risk assessment.

The Venue
Exclusive use of our woodland activity centre for up to 8 hours (6 hours of activity time). Indoor and outdoor spaces, free parking, and easy access from the Beaulieu National Motor Museum entrance. Coach parties welcome.
Available: Midweek and weekends, year round
Earliest start: 10:00 Latest finish: 21:00 or dusk

Choose from archery, ropes courses, BattleZone laser tag, bushcraft, challenge activities and more. Pick as many or as few as you like. We provide all equipment, safety gear and qualified instructors for every session.

What Does It Cost?
Venue hire starts with a fixed private hire rate for the site, then you add the activities and instructors you need. You only pay for what you want... no inflated per-head packages.
As a guide, most events work out at less per person than a standard team building day, because you're choosing exactly what you need rather than paying for a fixed package. Larger groups get even better value.

How many people can you host?
Our venue works best for groups of 20 to 100+ people. For very large events we run activity rotations so everyone gets involved without long waits. We'll help you plan the format based on your numbers.
Are activities suitable for children?
Yes. All of our activities can be run for children and adults together. Instructors adapt sessions for different ages and abilities, so everyone from small kids to grandparents can join in and enjoy themselves.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or we can arrange external catering for you. BBQ is the most popular choice. We don't have an alcohol licence, but you can supply your own drinks within our risk assessment.
What are the hire times?
Venue hire gives you up to 8 hours on site (with 6 hours of activity time). Earliest start is 10:00, latest finish is 21:00 or dusk, whichever comes first. Available midweek and weekends, year round.
Where is the venue?
We're on the Beaulieu Estate in the New Forest, Hampshire. Easy access via the Beaulieu National Motor Museum entrance, with free parking on site. About 20 minutes from Southampton, 90 minutes from London. Coach parties welcome.
What's included in the hire price?
The base hire fee covers exclusive use of the site for the day with our team on hand before, during and after. Activities and instructors are added based on what you want. You only pay for what you need.
Do we have to book activities?
No. You could hire the venue just for the space and bring your own entertainment. But most groups book at least a few activities... they're the highlight of the day and our instructors make them easy for everyone.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We have indoor and outdoor spaces and we run in most weather conditions. If extreme weather makes it unsafe, we'll be in touch to offer alternative options or a new date.
