What type of bikes do you offer?
We provide adult bikes only, sized from XS to XL, suitable for forest tracks and quiet roads around Beaulieu.
Who is bike hire suitable for?
Ideal for couples, adult groups and families with teens. We donât currently offer childrenâs bikes or child seats.
What happens if we get a puncture or break down?
Each hire includes a spare tube and repair kit for simple fixes. If you canât resolve it, your route map and briefing will include a contact number â give us a call and weâll advise you on the best next step, which may include support from our team.
Do you offer guided or supported rides?
For groups and corporate bookings we can offer guided rides led by an instructor, and supported rides with a support van and local knowledge on call. Mention this when you enquire and weâll build a package around your plans.
What if the weather is bad?
We run in most weather conditions, and light rain can make the forest very atmospheric. If the forecast is particularly poor, weâll follow our usual refund/reschedule policy and be in touch about your options.
What should we wear and bring?
Comfortable clothing, trainers or flat shoes, a spare layer and a lightweight waterproof if needed. Bring water and snacks, and a picnic if youâre planning a longer day out.
Do we need to book in advance?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking online in advance, especially at weekends and in school holidays, to make sure we have the right sizes available.
