A Full Day Programme for Ages 8–14

Camps run from 10am–4pm, giving children a full day outdoors with a varied mix of structured activities and supervised free time.

All activity equipment is included, and sessions are designed to be accessible for children of all experience levels. Whether your child already loves the outdoors or is trying these activities for the first time, they’ll be welcomed, encouraged and supported.

We keep our camp size to just 16 children so the atmosphere stays friendly, safe and personal.

What Children Need to Bring

Children should arrive ready for a full day outdoors. The woodland is part of the adventure, so please make sure they have suitable clothing and everything they need for the day.

Please bring:

• Packed lunch

• Snacks

• Refillable water bottle

• Waterproof coat and trousers if wet weather is forecast

• Warm layers

• Good closed-toe shoes, trainers or walking boots

• Any required medication, clearly labelled

Everything parents usually want to know before booking.


What should children bring?

Children should bring a packed lunch, snacks, a refillable water bottle, waterproofs, warm clothes, good closed-toe shoes, sun protection and any required medication. Please make sure medication is clearly labelled and handed to staff at drop off.

What if it rains?

Camps run in most weather conditions. Rain is part of woodland life, and we adapt the day to suit the conditions. Please make sure children arrive with waterproofs, warm layers and suitable footwear.

Do children need any experience?

No. Our camps are designed for all experience levels. Children do not need to have tried bushcraft, archery or woodland activities before.

Do parents need to complete a waiver?

Yes. Parents or guardians need to complete a waiver before their child attends. Details are provided as part of the booking process.

Can kids bring there phones?

We would like the children to leave there phones at home. The instructor will have your number if we need to contact you.

Where is drop off and pickup?

Drop off and pickup take place at the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu. Full directions and arrival instructions are sent in your confirmation email after booking.

How are children supervised?

Children are supervised throughout the day by experienced staff. Activities are structured, group sizes are kept small and clear boundaries are set for safe woodland play.

Do you run inset day camps?

Yes. Alongside school holiday camps, we run Inset Day Camps when local schools are closed for teacher training days.

Is all equipment included?

Yes. All activity equipment is included. Children only need to bring their personal items, food, drink, appropriate clothing and any required medication.
