Useful information for all of our kids parties, including BattleZone.
Do we need to complete a waiver?
Yes. For safety and insurance reasons, every participating child needs a completed waiver from a parent or legal guardian before the activity starts. Youâll receive a link to our online waiver in your confirmation email, which you can share with other parents. Children without a completed waiver wonât be able to take part, so itâs best to get these done ahead of the day.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is parking available near our activity locations. Full joining instructions, including where to park and how long to allow for arrival, will be sent with your booking confirmation. We always recommend car sharing where possible and arriving 10â15 minutes early so the party can start on time.
What if my numbers change?
We understand that party numbers can move around as RSVPs come in. Just keep us updated and weâll do our best to accommodate changes. Final numbers are normally needed ahead of your party date (full details are in your confirmation). We can sometimes add extra spaces if we have capacity, but we canât usually refund spaces for last-minute no-shows once final numbers are confirmed.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We run outdoor activities in most weather conditions â itâs all part of the adventure! Please make sure children are dressed for the forecast (layers, waterproofs and spare clothes are always a good idea). In the unlikely event of extreme weather where it wouldnât be safe or sensible to run your session, weâll get in touch to discuss options such as adapting the activity, pausing the session, or rescheduling to another date.
