Explore the stunning Beaulieu River by Kayak
Kayaking in the New Forest
One of the finest paddles in southern England — the Beaulieu River is a privately owned tidal nature reserve, and we're your guide into it. Winding creeks, abundant wildlife, and water that feels like it belongs to you... it's that kind of place.
Never kayaked before? No problem. Our friendly qualified instructors will get you confident on the water fast. Prefer to explore at your own pace? Hire a kayak and go at your own speed.
Sessions from 2 hours to a full day — hire, guided adventures, and the River Explorer running in both kayaks and canoes. Scroll down and pick yours, or get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.

Kayak Hire
Available from April – October
Kayaks are great fun, and with our single and double sit-on-top kayaks, everybody can enjoy being out on the water. It’s a rare opportunity to get out on the Beaulieu River unguided and you’ll be free to explore and splash about on the river’s calm waters. Kayak hire is for older children and adults only.
