BIP100 Members Only - Exciting New For 2026 Activity Retreat
15 January 2026
We're introducing an exciting new package, just for BIP100
In April 2026, we’re inviting members of BIP100 to get together in the heart of The New Forest, for a two-day, two-night activity retreat. We’re providing space to think clearly, reconnect with what matters and spend meaningful time with fellow business owners, away from the demands of day-to-day life.
This retreat has been carefully crafted to reflect what BIP100 member's value and combines guided reflection, open conversation with relaxed outdoor experiences.
In a calm and supportive setting, the programme is led by Ben Price and Sam Sutton.
Ben, an executive coach, is known for his grounded approach to leadership, wellbeing, and personal development.
Sam brings over two decades of experience in designing outdoor and experiential programmes that build people and teams
Throughout the three days, they will guide the group through a carefully paced journey that allows insight and self understanding to emerge naturally.

What to Expect Over The 3 Days:
Thursday 23rd April - Arrival and Grounding
13:00 - Minibus pickup from Brockenhurst
13:30 - Arrival for those making their own way to our woodland site in Beaulieu
14:00 - Formal start of the retreat
The afternoon takes place in our beautiful woodland, and offers a range of light-touch outdoor activities such as archery, campfire skills and woodland ropes course challenges.
Everything is optional. Participants are free to take part, observe, or simply enjoy being outdoors. The intention is arrival, presence, and gentle transition into the retreat experience. Some however, may choose to be more adventurous. As the day draws to a close, the group will gather for a fireside reflection session, preceded by an evening meal provided by our external caterers.
Minibus transfers will return participants to Brockenhurst at approximately 20:30. Thursday's evening meal is included.
Friday 24th April - The Journey
09:00 - Minibus pickup from Brockenhurst
Friday is the main shared journey of the retreat. The day starts at the National Motor Museum, with a short walk through one of The New Forest’s most beautiful and historically rich areas. With time for a short stop in Beaulieu Village, we’ll continue to make our way to The Beaulieu River.
Over the course of a few hours we will explore the river at a gentle, unhurried pace, by open canoe.
Canoeing is suitable for beginners, with boats that are very stable, and can be linked together if needed. See some videos and images here
Lunch will be enjoyed together at the Master Builder’s House Hotel, located within the historic village of Buckler’s hard. Food at the hotel will be pre-ordered in advance and at your own cost.
After lunch, we will continue our journey, eventually returning to our starting point before minibus transfers take participants back to their accommodation. Relax and enjoy the evening at your leisure or meet up with your fellow Bippers.
Saturday 25th April - Integration and Departure
On the final morning, the group will come together for a short walk through another stunning area of The New Forest. This final session creates space for deeper conversation, reflection, and integration.
The retreat will conclude around lunchtime. Participants are welcome to stay on for an informal meal together or begin their journey home.
