As 2025 draws to a close, we’re really excited to announce that we’ve been working closely with New Forest Hotels, in order to offer some amazing new packages.

We’ve reinvented our partnership with New Forest Collection, a group of four distinctive hotels, nestled in the heart of the forest. These cosy hotels are spread out across the stunning New Forest landscape, offering a warm base to relax, dine and sleep, between adventures on The South Coast.

Why bother with a Team Building Event Anyway?

Within the last few years, more and more businesses, both big and small, are choosing to exchange a day in the workplace, for a team building event in the great outdoors. But why? Isn’t it a waste of valuable time that could be spent working?

The short answer is no! Throughout the years, we’ve had some big names through our doors, all choosing to swap the office for a day in the forest. Escape

This full day event offers the chance to connect and bond your team over a shorter period of time. Start off with a productive morning meeting in a cosy and welcoming Hotel, before heading to our woodland site in Beaulieu for some outdoor fun. The New Forest makes for a great backdrop against outdoor adventure, allowing you to fully disconnect from the fast-paced nature of modern life, and instead connect with others in The Great Outdoors.

Complete with lunch and refreshments, The Escape package is perfect for those teams looking for a full-day event that combines productivity with outdoor fun, all while bonding with individuals together against a stunning New Forest landscape.

Connect

A 24-hour event, the Connect package includes a full-day of energising outdoor adventure, alongside an evening of luxury. Arrive at our woodland site in the morning, where you’ll spend a full day rotating around various activities, led by expert instructors, complete with lunch and refreshments. Then as dusk arrives, make your way to one of New Forest Collection’s welcoming hotels, where you and your team will enjoy an inviting evening meal, an overnight stay, as well as a mouth-watering breakfast before departure.

Perfect for teams looking to go one step further, and add a touch of luxury to a valuable team building experience.

Grow

For teams looking to delve even deeper into the team development experience, this two-day event offers everything you need for a team building event that truly meets the needs of your business, and leaves a lasting impact. Take part in an array of energizing team activities at our woodland site in Beaulieu, as part of an invigorating day that fosters connection and builds resilience between individuals. Complete with lunch and refreshments, this activity day has a much deeper focus on team development, rather than simply just a fun activity experience.

As the evening settles in, you’ll head to a warm and inviting hotel, where you’ll be able to bond further over a warm meal, discussing the day’s activities in the comfort of a charming New Forest base. After an overnight stay and an energizing breakfast, you’ll spend a second day in the forest, this time staying at the hotel for a follow-up session.

Here, you and your team will have a chance to truly reflect on yesterday’s experiences, and through expert guidance, you’ll be able to take the learning from before and apply it to your business.

The Grow package truly takes team development to a new level. Amidst the thrill of outdoor adventure and the luxury of hotel coziness, new levels of team bonding and development will have long-lasting positive effects on your business.

Who’s it for?

We work closely with you to tailor these events to the needs of your business, meaning that these packages are suitable for companies across many different industries, and from many different locations. And with three packages each boasting different features and unique price points, there’s truly something for everyone.

We can comfortably host around 50 people per event, although it is important to note that the Grow package is aimed at smaller groups, no larger than around 20. This ensures that those team development goals can be met in a way that is long-lasting, and impactful to your business.

The amazing transport links in The New Forest makes getting here a breeze, with regular trains arriving and departing just outside of these hotels. This makes these events a` perfect choice for business across the South. While the escape package is designed with businesses between Bournemouth and Portsmouth in mind, the other two are suitable for business from a much wider radius, and with regular trains to and from London, we can comfortably accommodate those teams looking to travel from the capital.

We’re able to offer these experiences for an unbeatable price tag, with packages starting from £85pp. As we enter 2026, great deals are available for teams that aren’t afraid to brave the cold, making memories in the outdoors even during the winter months. And with this promise of hotel warmth, these packages offer a great way to experience the forest at one of the most magical times of year.

Seasonal wildlife, quieter areas and off-season pricing are all great incentives to join us down here in the forest during January and February. But we’re keen to offer these high-impact events all year round. As the weather brightens up and demand for both our activities and the hotels’ facilities increase, the prices will also, meaning those teams that are excited by the idea of outdoor challenges even in cooler weather, will receive the most value.
