Your Kids Parties Questions, Answered
Hey folks! We get asked lots of questions about our kids' parties, so to make things super easy for you, we’ve put this super handy video together. Alternatively, you can read the answers to our most frequently asked questions below.
What are the minimum and maximum number of guests for each activity?
Our minimum requirement for a party with us is 8 members, and our maximum numbers we’re yet to reach our limit so get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Can my party use your facilities after the party takes place?
You can use our grounds for your own food and to keep presents safe afterwards with your group and there's plenty of space for adults to sit and have a coffee. Parents don’t have to partake unless you’re looking to book a water activity. If you need a space with some shade, we also have shelters.
What do you and the gang need to wear?
For when it’s hot, we recommend wearing a hat and bringing sunscreen and water to protect yourself from the sunshine. For when it’s cold, your best bet is to layer up with hats, gloves and a flask of hot drink. Fleece layers are ideal! Sandals and flip flops are not permitted on any activities, make sure your footwear is secure and you don’t mind them getting a little muddy.
What activity can your child do for their birthday party with us?
For 6 years plus we offer a canoe raft party. For 8 years plus we offer BattleZone, Archery and Woodland Adventure parties. And finally for 10 years plus we offer all of those, as well as kayaking and high ropes parties.
What comes with your booking?
Party invites that are easy to print and pre-filled with our address to make it easy for your guests to find us, your chosen activity and of course memories to last a lifetime!
We’ll provide you with a space where your guests can leave their presents before taking part in the activity.
What about the weather?
Our activities go ahead in almost all weathers and we’re experts at maximising the fun, even in the rain! If we are made aware that you wish to cancel your booking within 48 hours of your activity you will lose your payment and we will be unable to rebook you. If we are given 7-days notice, we can offer a full refund or credit. Between those times, 50% credit will be offered. We always cancel sessions and rebook or refund customers for no charge if we deem weather conditions to be unsafe.
