Help make adventure happen
New Forest Activities is part of National Park Activities, delivering outdoor experiences, family adventures, group events and residential trips across the New Forest.
While our instructors are out on the water and in the woods, a huge amount happens behind the scenes to make each day run well. Bookings need processing, customers need looking after, and the office needs to stay organised even during the busiest parts of the season.
Thatâs where you come in.

Bookings & Enquiries
Answer phone calls and emails, respond to customer enquiries, help people choose the right activities and make sure bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.
Customer Support
Guide customers through the booking process, send out clear joining information, answer practical questions and help make sure people feel looked after before they arrive.
Admin & Office Tasks
Keep records up to date, support daily office organisation, check booking details, assist with paperwork and help the team stay on top of a busy workload.
Team Coordination
Work closely with instructors, operations staff and the wider team so that activities, group bookings and daily plans run as smoothly as possible.
