Choose a package below, tell us your dates and numbers, and we'll handle the rest. Every session is instructor-led, all safety gear is provided, and our activities work for all fitness levels. Even the reluctant ones end up loving it.
We're based in a beautiful New Forest nature reserve near Beaulieu. Your team will be outdoors, off their phones and properly together... probably for the first time in months.
Groups of 8 to 80+. We'll split larger teams into rotations so everyone gets the full experience.

Paddle & Pub Lunch
A relaxed canoe or kayak trip down the Beaulieu River, finishing at the Master Builder's House or the Montagu Arms for a proper sit-down lunch together. Choose a longer one-way paddle with lunch, or a there-and-back trip to break up your time on the water.

The Forest Day
A full day of woodland adventures... archery, bushcraft, high ropes and team challenges, all based in and around our forest site. No river required, so this one runs brilliantly all year round. Add BattleZone or our High Ropes course for a big finish.

Not every team day needs to be a full day out. Our Team Taster is a focused 3-hour session... perfect for smaller groups, tighter budgets or teams who want a taste of the outdoors without the full commitment.
Team Taster
Pick your activity and we'll run an extended private session for your group. Canoeing, archery, BattleZone, bushcraft... your choice. Includes tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival.

The questions organisers ask most when planning a team day.
How do we book?
Use our Plan Your Team Day form to share your dates, numbers and any preferences. We'll come back with availability and a tailored quote, usually within 24 hours. No obligation, no pressure.
What group sizes can you handle?
Most of our team days are for groups of 8 to 30 people, but we regularly run events for 60, 80 or 100+. For larger groups we split into teams and run rotations so everyone gets the full experience without feeling like a crowd.
What if some of our team aren't very active?
All our activities are designed for mixed abilities. Instructors adapt every session to the group, and nobody is forced into anything. We've had plenty of "I didn't think I'd enjoy it" people become the biggest fans by lunchtime.
What's included in the full day price?
Full day packages include all activities, qualified instructors, safety equipment, a corporate buffet lunch and hot drinks throughout the day. You just need to turn up in outdoor clothing. We provide everything else.
Can we add extras or customise the day?
Absolutely. Our packages are the most popular combinations, but we're happy to swap activities, add sessions or build something completely bespoke. Just tell us what you're after.
Where do the activities take place?
We're based in a New Forest nature reserve near Beaulieu, Hampshire. River sessions use the Beaulieu River and woodland activities run from our forest sites nearby. Full directions and meeting points come with your confirmation.
How far is it from London, Southampton and Bournemouth?
About 90 minutes from London, 30 minutes from Southampton and 30 minutes from Bournemouth. There's free parking on site and the nearest train station is Beaulieu Road (on the main Waterloo line).
Do you offer accommodation?
We don't have accommodation on site, but we work with local hotels and venues to offer combined stay-and-play packages. We're also happy to suggest nearby options that suit your budget.
What about dietary requirements and allergies?
Our catering team handles all common dietary requirements... vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and more. Just let us know when you book and we'll make sure everyone's sorted.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We run in most weather conditions and tailor sessions to suit the day. Waterproofs and warm drinks help. If extreme weather makes it unsafe, we'll be in touch to offer alternative options or a new date.
