Paddle to the Pub
Enjoy a relaxing, one-way Paddle to the Pub on the wonderful Beaulieu River. Enjoy the views, spot wildlife, and learn about the river's rich history as you glide atop its glassy waters (before a refreshing glass of something else!) Our instructors will be on hand to guide you along the way, dropping you off at the Master Builder’s pub at Buckler’s Hard where you can enjoy some riverside refreshments. This really is the perfect way to enjoy a summer's day!
If you’re looking to have a meal at the pub, it’s advised that you pre-book a table at the Master Builder's. You’ll need to contact them directly to do this on 01590 616253.

- Introductions to the equipment and initial kitting up
- 90 minute one-way paddle with lots of guidance and instruction
- Use of easy to paddle 2-4 seater canoes with safe modern equipment
- Paddle tops and waterproofs as required
- Instruction from a qualified coach to help with your skills
- A guided tour and a journey down river ending at the Masterbuilder’s Hotel at Buckler’s Hard
- Toilets and changing facilities available on-site
- Dogs are welcome, just bring along a blanket or towel for them to perch on in the boat!
- Please note: Food at the Masterbuilder’s is not included within the activity price
