Join us for a range of activities here in the heart of the New Forest National Park – this is the new destination for a perfect girls weekend away! This may not jump out as an obvious place for a break away with the girlies, but the New Forest can cater for all varieties of groups and ages. Whether it’s a peaceful relaxing break, or an energetic adventure or maybe a bit of both! The New Forest has a huge range of activities and attractions to keep you entertained throughout the day. It is also conveniently nestled between Southampton and Bournemouth for a good night out in the evening.

Battlefield Live for Hen Parties – New Forest Activities
Want the opportunity to battle with your friends in The New Forest?
If you’re looking for an energetic activity with your friends why not have a 2 hour battle with our sophisticated infra-red tag guns and sensors? A must for anyone seeking a bit of competitive action! Exactly like paintballing but without the mess and the pain (yes girls no unsightly bruises!) and the inevitable extra cost of paintballs. Just £25 per adult; absolutely no hidden extra charges, we’ll even provide you with the camouflage coveralls!
The capacity is minimum 8 people and maximum 30 people per 2 hour session. Contact the New Forest Activities Booking Centre on 01590 612377. Office opens from 09:00-17:00, 7 days a week.
Paddle to the Pub for Hen Parties– New Forest Activities
Looking to combine a fun activity with a nice pub trip? Then why not book a Paddle to the Pub for either 3 or 4 hours stopping for either a drink or lunch at the local pub. It can be done in either Canadian Canoes or Kayaks, whatever you fancy! The times for the Paddle to the Pub are quite flexible; however, we do need to work around the tide to make sure you can paddle up to the pub.
Rates are £40 for the 3 hour paddle and £65 for the four hour paddle, but please be aware any costs incurred at the pub are not included. Minimum of 8 for each booking. A 50% deposit is required upon booking and the full amount is payable 2 weeks prior to the activity date.

Cycling and Guided Walks for Hen Parties
If you want to get out and explore the New Forest Bike Hire is one of the best ways to get about. With a range of maps, guides and trails, you can enjoy a leisurely cycle, or step it up with some orienteering! Cycle rates are £18 for a full day’s hire, bikes must be returned by 16:30.
If you want to get more up close and personal New Forest Activities also offer Guided Walks with our exceptionally knowledgeable guides. Remove the stress of navigating the map, your guide is your map! Join in an organised half day trip for just £16 or hire an expert guide for your group from just £90 for a half day tour or £160 for a full day. The guide can meet you at your chosen location and tailor the walk to what you want!

It’s always hard finding accommodation for a completely female group, but below is a suggested provider that may be able to help;
Halcyon Cottages – With a range of cottages over the New Forest that sleep large numbers.
Camping in the forest (Forest Holidays) – These Forestry Commission and The Camping and Caravanning Club partnership camp sites will accept single sex groups at the discretion of the Site Manager. Terms & Conditions may apply
Where to eat and drink for Hen Parties
There is a huge selection of pubs, bars and restaurants all over the New Forest; perfect for a refreshing drink throughout the day, or an evening’s entertainment for your group. From pub grub to Bistro’s there is something for all budgets.
Taking part in a New Forest Activity on Beaulieu Estate? Then you are in walking distance or a short cycle/drive to 3 highly recommended pubs;
(Please note: any alcohol consumed should be done responsibly and avoided if driving, cycling or taking part in activities).
A selection of villages in the New Forest have a range of venues suitable for a night out; Lymington, Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, Ringwood, and Hythe to name a few. For clubs and wider selections nearby towns of Southampton and Bournemouth could offer you the wild night out you’re looking for.
Transport for Hen Parties
There are many ways to get to the New Forest and the surrounding Towns & Cities. If your planning to Go Green and leave your own transport at home, you will still be able to reach the places that you want to see either by Rail, Bus, Bike or Taxi!
