Luxury six berth, cliff top holiday home in Barton-on-Sea

The family of one of our directors has a luxury mobile home, which is available to rent on the Hoburne Naish holiday park at Barton-on-Sea. It boasts uninterrupted sea views from the Isle of Wight to Swanage. A short walk down the cliff path brings you to a beach that is popular with surfers, kayakers and stand-up paddleboarders.

The holiday home is just three years old. It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, full size fridge/freezer and microwave. The sleeping accommodation consists of a double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, a separate WC and shower, and a bed settee in the front lounge. The lounge has TV, blu-ray player and an ipod dock, and there are TVs in both bedrooms. There is full central heating with a radiator in each room.

Outside there is an area of fully enclosed, gated decking around the front and one side, so that you can make the most of fabulous sea views.

The facilities on the park (if you can tear yourself away from the holiday home) include swimming pools, gym, outdoor sports areas, children’s play area, bars, restaurant and evening entertainment.

Prices for a full week range from £438 to £1169 depending on date.

This is the first year that we have made this accommodation available to rent and there are currently dates available right through the season to October. No smoking; sorry, no pets. Booking is through Hoburne Naish tel 0844 2882012 or 01425 273586 quoting reference NC109
