From the moment the sun rises, until the moment the whole camp flickers with dancing fires, no other camping experience is more magical than Embers Camping.
If you’re like us and love camping, you’ll know that the fun shouldn’t be over when the sun goes down. That’s why when night-time falls at Embers Beaulieu, your own personal campfire lights up! To cook on, to tell spooky stories around, or just to warm your toes with a nice bottle of red.
You really are spoilt for choice when you stay at Embers Beaulieu – you can do as much or little as you want! Our campsite is located at Home Farm giving you a real country experience. Your kids can choose your farm eggs for breakfast or you can book to feed the animals.
The campsite is located in New Forest National Park, which boasts an impressive array of wildlife, most notably the wild ponies that roam the forest which has visually remarkable open landscapes of grassland, open heath and woodland. Walks and trails criss-cross this beautiful open landscape spanning many miles.
You can wander along the river to the local pub nearby, Monty’s Inn, located in the picturesque village of Beaulieu, which has origins dating as far back as the 13th century. For the more adventurous you can walk a couple miles to Buckler’s Hard, a historic hamlet where they built famous battle ships in the 17th and 18th centuries including some that fought in the Battle of Trafalgar, and finish off with a well earned pint at the “Master Builders” pub.
There are cycle tracks, kayaking, horse riding, falconry to name a few outdoor activities to enjoy in the New Forest and the award winning sandy beaches of Bournemouth are only a short drive away.
There’s also the famous National Motor Museum within walking distance, boasting a collection of over 250 vehicles and for 2013 there is a “Bond in Motion” exhibition displaying the largest display of Bond cars in the world.
All in all, a pleasurable experience to be had!
