The family and sea kayaking prize draws are open to anyone, although only one entry per person is permissible. All entries must be signed and then emailed or posted to the stated addresses
For the team event draw, only one application per team is acceptable. Branch offices or corporate departments can apply separately, however they must clearly mark their entry with the main company’s identification and with their own departments / offices contact details. Failure to do this may result in disqualification from the draw.
Please note the following conditions of entry before downloading and sending your form.
- The closing date for entry is the 30th April 2008
- Prizes are as stated on the entry form and are non-transferable
- Prizes are only valid once a booking is made by the named winner. Prize bookings are subject to Liquid Logistics & Earth Events standard terms and conditions
- No monetary substitute is offered as a replacement for any prize
- The prize draws will take place on the 1st May 2008 and winners will be notified within 24hrs of its taking place.
- Winners will be notified by e-mail and by phone. Liquid Logistics & Earth Events are not responsible for missing, inaccurate or illegible contact details
- Winners will be publicised on www.newforestactivities.co.uk once notification is confirmed
- In the event of a person/s being in contactable, a re-draw will take place one week after the initial draw date
- Liquid Logistics & Earth Events Ltd may use supplied contact details to inform entrants of future promotions or services offered by the company.
