New for 2011 are 8 new reptile species in Cold Blooded Corner, a fantastic new home for cheetahs called Savannah Tracks and exciting news about our meerkats from Summer. We have special events on offer as part of the entry fee every school holiday.


More than just a walk in the park

A visit to Marwell Wildlife is a chance to get close to the wonders of the natural world – and play a big part in helping to save them. From ring-tailed coatis to giraffes, meerkats and tigers, laughing kookaburra to frilled lizards – our 140-acre park is home to over 180 exotic and endangered species, in beautiful, landscaped surroundings. Just by visiting Marwell Wildlife, you’ll be making a big contribution to our projects to conserve species and habitats, both here in Hampshire and around the world. Our work is a lot more widespread and influential than you might realise.


Eat, Drink, Play, Laugh

Marwell Wildlife is about being as active or as relaxed as you want. There are three play areas where children can run wild while you take a well-earned break. Enjoy spectacular views of our African Valley, while you eat and drink at Café Graze, or its attached picnic area. There’s also a free road train to help you get around. Best of all, you can combine an unforgettable day out with a chance to learn all about the natural world and the challenges it faces.
