Explore the Beaulieu River nature reserve enjoying the spectacular views and wide range of wildlife. Our womens kayaking activities last for two hours in the evening 18.30 - 20.30.
Using comfortable and stable single person touring kayaks an experienced female guide will accompany you, helping with the basic skills and showing you the best bits of the river.
What do I need
· Clothes suitable for walking in the current weather conditions and you don’t mind getting wet (including well fitting footwear)
· Water, sun cream & hats if its hot / warm drink, hats & gloves if its cold.
· Medication eg. inhalor / if you need it, you can't join in with out it.
· A spare change of clothes (just encase)

· Meet at 17.30 prior to the start of the session for a relaxed briefing and signing in
All under 18's must be signed in by a parent
· All under 14's must be accompanied by an adult
