Join us for a guided Canoeing tour on Beaulieu River.  Paddling through the Nature Reserve in traditional Canadian canoes, you'll love the wildlife and scenery.  This can be a great family friendly activity, or something to share with your nearest and dearest.  A unique and wonderful way to see the heart of the New Forest. All canoe sessions are guided by a canoe coach, so you'll feel safe and confident.  Chance to get to grips with your paddle and learn some new skills, whilst discovering all about the history and traditions of this remarkable river.

  • Canoeing starts and finishes at Bailey's Hard on Beaulieu River 
  • We use stable 2/3 person open Canadian Canoes
  • Suitable for families with young children 
  • Under 18’s need to be signed in by a parent or legal guardian
  • Under 15's need to be accompanied on the water

Valentine's Day Canoe 13.00-15.00

Explore the Beaulieu River nature reserve with your loved one and enjoy the spectacular views and wide range of wildlife. Our Valentine's Day Canoeing trip lasts for two hours. 

Using comfortable and stable two person canoes, an experienced guide will accompany you, helping with the basic skills and showing you the best bits of the river.

After your relaxed paddle, enjoy a cup or coffee in the New Forest surroundings, with a special gift for the ladies, before you leave us to continue your Valentines day.

This is the perfect way to be together on Valentines day, and something different from a traditionally crowded restaurant.

Our Valentines Canoe is 13.00-15.00. Please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for briefing. The cost is £25 per person, £50 per couple.

Download our Canoeing Activity Pack for full directions to the Canoe base. You will need to meet here 30 minutes prior to your activity start time.

If you can't find the dates you want just give us a call as it is more than likely that we have more times and dates available that aren't shown online. Also if you are unsure that the activity is right for your group contact us on 01590 612377, or fill in our contact form and we'll be more than happy to help.

Canoes are 2/3 person open boats, each using a single ended paddle to paddle your boat together.

All your equipment is provided on all sessions, you just need yourselves, a sense of adventure, and if you think you would like to get wet perhaps a chance of clothes!
