Stu, Jon and Charlie have achieved there mission of crossing the Channel in kayaks to raise over £7,000 for Action Duchenne. Here you can find out about there inspiring story.
Early this year Liquid Logistics where approached by three novice paddlers with the grand idea of paddling the channel to France. All the guys had very little paddling experience but it became very clear that this was not going to stop them. We were able to play a small part in their training, introducing the guys to the sea kayaks they would use and helping with rescue training.
The small team have worked hard all year to acquire the skills, fitness and confidence to complete the trip safely. On the 1st September Stu, Jon and Charlie got the Green light and launched from Dungeness.
